Use our simple Cocktail Sauce Recipe for your next seafood meal.

  • 2(16 ozs) Cups of ketchup
  • 1 ounce bottle of Inglehoffer’s Extra Hot Prepared Horseradish

Mix two cups(16 ozs) of ketchup with a 4 oz bottle of Inglehoffer’s Extra Hot Horseradish and a teaspoon. Blend the ingredients with a spoon or whisk until thoroughly combined. Use prepared horseradish, not creamy horseradish. This recipe serves 8 to 10 people.

You may want to add hot sauce also to your cocktail sauce. Add hot sauce to your preferred taste. However, the prepared extra hot horseradish will give your sauce most of the “kick” that you will need.

Since the two main ingredients in Cocktail Sauce, ketchup and prepared horseradish contain preservatives, it can easily last a month or longer in the refridgerator. Just give a good stirring before using it if has been in the fridge more than a couple of weeks.

There are roughly 75 calories in a quarter cup serving.
