For sautéed shrimp, first, coat the bottom of your skillet with olive oil. Set the temperature of your burner to 3 or 4. Add the Olive Oil and minced garlic to your sauté pan and let them warm for about two minutes. Warming the garlic and olive oil first will help infuse the oil with the garlic flavor. Next, add the shrimp to the pan. Make sure all your shrimp are touching the pan. Having all the shrimp touching the pan will ensure they cook evenly. Let your shrimp cook for 2 or 3 minutes. The outside will be orange, and the meat will turn white. Now, flip the shrimp over. Continue cooking until both sides are orange and the meat has turned entirely white. Garnish with ground Basil leaves and Parsley flakes. Garlic Olive Oil Shrimp goes great over Angel Hair Pasta with seasonal vegetables.
